After two years of rigorous work, Elvis Presley’s vintage BMW 507 roadster has been fully restored by BMW Classic. Only 253 examples of the BMW 507 were ever made, and Elvis Presley owned two of them. The vehicle is now in its original condition, as it will soon be on display at this year’s Concours d’Elegance in Pebble Beach.
Restored in authentic manner, the roadster has been once again painted in feather white, as the primer coat, filler and top coat were all applied using methods that were implemented decades ago, giving the 507 a truly original look. The 507 then boasts a restored 3.2-liter V8 engine that cranks out 150-horsepower, while additional features include black and white interior, center-lock rims and a Becker Mexico radio.
