After spending ten years in a Mediterranean-style house in Los Feliz, California, actress Mandy Moore is moving to a midcentury home a few sunny neighborhoods over. The 32 year old "This is Us" star recently spent $2.6 million on a new home in Pasadena. The house, built in 1950 by architect Harold Zook, sits on a hilltop with a panoramic view of surrounding mountains, features 1.45 acres of land, 360-degree views, floor-to-ceiling glass walls, three bedrooms, three baths, a breakfast nook, a spa, and a pool. As hinted in her Instagram post on Friday, Moore is looking forward to remodeling the time capsule, alongside her designer and architect.
