Comedian Chris Rock is ready to leave behind one of the purchases he made in his Saturday Night Live days — a swanky, three-story carriage house in New York, NY’s posh and historic Clinton Hill neighborhood. Built in 1901, the Brooklyn home for sale has a price tag of $3.85 million. With a flexible layout, the three-bed, two-and-a-half-bath 3,700-square-foot carriage house boasts a massive master suite complete with skylights, sliding barn doors with stained-glass windows, and a large walk-in closet. A loftlike living and dining space features gorgeous exposed brick, wood beams, 12-foot ceilings, and dark hardwood floors. The patio has a built-in barbecue, and the rooftop terrace is a personal urban oasis. The home also includes a two-car garage. (Private, dedicated parking is the ultimate city luxury!) Chris bought the property back in the ’90s for just $370,000. His other longtime home is in New Jersey; he purchased that one in 2001 for $3 million.
